Health Parameter Monitoring
Six key health parameters – SpO2, blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol, blood sugar, and ECG – are tracked and visualised through a monitoring layer built specifically for this solution. Readings are displayed across configurable time ranges with timestamped data points, giving users a structured view of their health over time.
IoT Device Integration and Auto Sync
Connecting health monitoring devices to the app was designed to be as straightforward as possible – a deliberate decision given the healthcare context. Once a device is connected, health data syncs automatically without any manual input from the user, keeping readings current across the system at all times.
Detailed Health Reports and Data Insights
Rather than surfacing raw numbers alone, the reporting layer was built to present health data as structured, actionable insights through clear visualisations and tracked trends. A full health profile sits alongside the reporting layer, capturing the personal and lifestyle context needed to make health data meaningful over time.
Care Circle – Multi-User Family Health Management
Care Circle was one of the most significant features of this build – designed to let multiple family members access and monitor each other’s health data within a single account. Health data access is managed across the family group, with reminders for regular checkups built into the same layer to support consistent, preventive health management.
Secure Cloud Data Management
Health data across all users and devices is stored and managed through secure cloud infrastructure, built to keep sensitive health information protected and accessible only to authorised users.
Real-Time Health Tracking
The system was built to reflect health readings in real time as data comes in from connected devices. Every parameter update is captured and surfaced immediately, ensuring the most current health picture is always available.
Health Check Reminders
A reminder system was built into the app to prompt users for regular health checkups. Reminders support a proactive approach to health management rather than reactive monitoring after issues arise.
Regulatory Compliance
Regulatory compliance was built into the project scope from the start – assessed as part of the feasibility study and carried through into the technical and data management decisions made across the build.
