A Taiwan-based organization who are into developing innovative products approached Intuz for developing an IOT application for the hospitality industry that gives the hotel guests a unique hotel check-in experience. Now no more standing in long queues at the hotel reception for check-in and room allocation.

Intuz developed an iOS and Android mobile app that allowed end users who booked the hotel room to experience a one of a kind Check-in experience by-passing the long queues at the Front desk reception and getting the room allocation details as well as the digital keys to unlock the hotel room from the mobile app itself.

Intuz developed a very secure application making sure that the digital keys do not work if it is assigned wrongly or someone is trying to misuse it. Various level of authentication is implemented as well as the Digital key gets inactive and the door cannot be unlocked after the standard hotel checkout time lapses.
