Unique Check-in Experience

Intuz developed an iOS and Android mobile app that allowed end users who booked the hotel room to experience a one of a kind Check-in experience by-passing the long queues at the Front desk reception and getting the room allocation details as well as the digital keys to unlock the hotel room from the mobile app itself.

Book & Confirm

Get the hotel booking confirmation via SMS. Download the hotel mobile app and log in with your registered mobile number which was provided at the time of room booking.

Arrival at the Hotel

iBeacons are installed at the arrival area of the hotel. As soon as the guests enter the hotel gate, iBeacons detect the guest's arrival and send a notification to the hotel reception informing the guest's arrival.

Room Allocation. Digital Key

The Guest will receive a Welcome notification on their mobile app. On opening the app, they will be able to see the details of the room number allocated to them, the map to reach the room, and a ‘Digital key’ to unlock the room — no need to go to the Reception desk.

IOT Smart Door Unlock

A Bluetooth-enabled IOT device is installed in the hotel room. Once the guest stands in front of the room, the Bluetooth of the mobile device detects the IOT device. When the guest presses the ‘Digital Key’ unlock button on the mobile app, the hotel room gets unlocked. Enjoy your stay.

Share Smart Digital Key

The mobile app allows you to share the Digital key with your family accompanying you in the hotel so that the family member can also unlock the hotel room with the hotel mobile app.

No need to pick up the phone to ask for a room service menu; get easy access to everything at your fingertips with the Smart lock mobile app.

Seamless Check-out

Pay directly from the mobile app for outstanding dues to the hotel. Intuz developed a very secure application making sure that the digital keys do not work if it is assigned wrongly or someone is trying to misuse it. Various level of authentication is implemented as well as the Digital key gets inactive and the door cannot be unlocked after the standard hotel checkout time lapses.
