The client needed a mobile app that let users post local jobs and connect with service providers directly. Intuz built Helparu for iOS and Android – with user and service provider profiles, in-app chat with media sharing, a contacts and invite system, and a structured onboarding flow built around a detailed scope definition process.

Local Services Simply and Directly
Structured Profiles for Both Service Providers and Job Posters
We built a highly configurable menu structure that lets restaurant owners manage food items, categories, and dietary filters across multiple locations from a single platform. Menus are organised by meal type – Breakfast, Full Lunch, and Catering – with dietary filter options including Low Carb, Low Fat, Spicy, Veggie, and Gluten Free, giving customers a clear and structured way to find what they want without scrolling through irrelevant items.
In-App Chat with Media Sharing and Contact Invites
We integrated accurate location tracking and a map view that plots all available restaurants and hotels as pins across Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries. Users can see each location’s open or closed status, distance, rating, and active discount offers at a glance – and switch between map and list views depending on how they prefer to browse.
Job Posting and Sharing
We built a job posting flow that lets users describe what they need and share the job with their network. Jobs can be shared with friends, friends of friends, or anyone on the platform – giving each posting the widest possible reach without requiring the user to manually find and contact service providers one by one.
Feeds and Watching for Service Discovery
We built a feeds section that surfaces relevant job postings and service provider activity for users to browse. The Watching feature lets users follow specific activity within the platform – keeping them informed about jobs and providers they are interested in without needing to search manually every time.
Scope-Driven UX Built Around the Client’s Vision
The client’s initial wireframes left navigation and user experience open to interpretation. We resolved this through structured brainstorming sessions between the client and our project manager, defining the full app flow before a single screen was built. The result was a product that matched the client’s expectations precisely at delivery.
