Intuz is a culturally-rich place to work, at where every festival and event is celebrated with high spirits. This Gandhi Jayanti, Team Intuz derived motivation from the Gandhian philosophy of cleanliness. Having deep respect for Mahatma Gandhi, the team thought of celebrating Gandhi Jayanti through activities that reinforce the importance of cleanliness.

When there is both inner and outer cleanliness, it approaches godliness.

Felicitation of Building’s Cleanliness Brigade- Safai Karamcharis

Someone who helps us silently and is the pillar on which we can rely upon deserves to be appreciated. On Gandhi Jayanti, we thought of giving all the deserving people who helps us to keep our office premises spotlessly clean. On Oct. 2nd, we invited all those members of the cleanliness brigade with their families at our office premises as guests and felicitated them by distributing sweets and appreciating all their hard work.

Encouraging Cleanliness in Office through Fun Activities

Team Intuz was divided into three separate teams ‘Satyagrahis’, ‘Krantikaris’ and ‘Indian National Army’ who were given with the responsibility of maintaining cleanliness in the office. Each team monitored cleanliness levels around the whole office area. This is performed to make everyone understand that it is the equal accountability of each member and therefore, they should imbibe the sense of responsibility amongst themselves to keep not only the office but also their surroundings clean.

Apart from this, the teams were assigned the responsibility of cleaning their workstations, organizing their bay areas and decorate them with creative quotes about Gandhiji and cleanliness. Everyone took a keen interest in the activity and all around the office one can observe screensavers, creative posters and quotes.

The senior team members happily looked around each work area and asked questions to teams to encourage the participation spirit of Intuzians. The HR team announced prizes and goodies.
